Dick's Sporting Goods Sued by Group of Employees Over Overtime Payments
Dick?s Sporting Goods Inc. was sued by a group of employees who claim they aren?t paid overtime and wrongfully had their paychecks docked. In the suit filed in state court in Chicago, the group is seeking class-action status for as many as 7,600 former and current employees.
